Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn, unused, with all tags and authentication materials attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, contact info@thetimelessluxe.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Inspection and Refunds
After the return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
Authenticity and Final Condition
Returned products must match the item shipped by Timeless Luxe. Items showing wear, alteration, damage, removed tags or missing authentication materials may be ineligible for a refund.
